At Lotus Medical Aesthetics Lounge, we are committed to providing a luxurious and seamless experience for all our clients. To maintain the highest standards of service and ensure fairness and clarity, we have outlined the following policies. Please review them carefully before booking your appointment.

Mandatory Deposit

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

 

Deposits are applied toward the cost of your service and if you need to reschedule, the deposit can be transferred to your new appointment, provided you follow our cancellation policy (see below). Failure to reschedule within the allowed time frame will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will result in a loss of the deposit.

 

No-shows will be banned from booking again.

Late Arrivals

To respect the time of all our clients and staff, there is a 10 minute grace period after which there is a $10 late fee. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited.

 

In some cases, we may still accommodate you with a shortened treatment time; however, the full service price will still apply.

Refunds

All services and deposits are non-refundable.

Payment

Our accepted forms of payment are cash, credit, debit, and e-transfer. All services are taxed.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and ensure that all personal and medical information shared with us is kept confidential.
